Do you need a pep talk? Well, reread the above from the Apostle Paul! What a pep talk! What truth!
“With God on our side like this, how can we lose?”
God + Me = A Majority. That’s your equation for life…IF you have a relationship with the One (Jesus) who died for you…and who was raised to life for you. And is sticking up for you in the presence of His Father God!! That’s waaaaaay enough for me.
Almighty Merciful God is on my side because I am His child through His Son Jesus’ death and resurrection!
I am embraced by Jesus’ love. No one…and that means no one…will be able to drive a wedge between Jesus and me. Nope. Nada. No one!
Not any trouble that comes along. Not any hard times that may occur.
Not any hunger that might arise.
Not if I am homeless for awhile.
Not when someone bullies me.
Not even when someone stabs me in the back with their words.
Not even if the worst sins that are mentioned in the Bible are committed against me!
Nope…nothing and no one can separate me from the love of Christ.
And all this “stuff” doesn’t even faze me as I am kept by His love. (Steep in that truth for awhile. Ahhhhhh…). And if that’s not enough of a pep talk, there’s more…
Not anything living or dead (that pretty much covers all creatures, including us)
Not angels or demons (that pretty much covers the the good and evil spirit worlds)
Not today or tomorrow (that pretty much covers now and forever)
Not anything high or low (that pretty much covers above and under the earth)
Not anything thinkable or unthinkable (okay, this covers it all)

So, if you’re in trouble or hard times or hunger or homeless or experiencing threats or bullying or backstabbing or (fill in the blank)…Jesus loves you. He is sticking up for you. He is on your side. You CANNOT lose. You already have victory through Him.
So gaze at the Savior. Bask in His deep love. He promises that nothing and no one can separate you from His great love! That’s a God promise!!! No pinky promises here! That’s a WIN-WIN!!
